Product Description

HPX Base Coat can be hand or machine applied. It is an ultra high performance render incorporating high polymer technology and fibres. It can be used on unusual substrates requiring greater flexibility and adhesion such as lightweight block or high suction brick, often incorporating an Alkali Resistant Reinforcing Mesh at stress points such as door and window reveals. HPX Base can be used in conjunction with most K Rend finishes including Dash, Scraped Texture and Brick Rend.

Application Instructions
  • Primary Coat, where required should be applied to substrates as preparation for subsequent coats. Thickness should be as per product specification. It is important to take special care to straighten with a Darby / straight edge to ensure that the next coat is applied to uniform level
  • Form a light key only
  • Allow 24 hours curing time before further application, unless advised otherwise. For info on unusual substrates, seek technical advice

Polar white is an off white shade, whilst cream has a yellow tone to it.
