We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Wellbeing and Rewards Portal that is accessible 24/7 to all employees. This means our staff can avail of comprehensive and specialist support whenever and wherever they need it.
This platform has several enhancements to help staff better understand and manage their health and wellbeing as well as their personal development. Staff can receive proactive and personalised advice to improve their wellbeing, develop personal and professional skills with online courses, and manage their health through video-led workouts that can be taken at their desk (deskercise) or at home.
The wellbeing section of the portal allows staff to create personal development plans regarding work, life, sleep, food and mind. Employees can check in regularly to see how they can feel better with articles, daily challenges, micro journaling, meditation and more.
Furthermore, employees can access and make changes to their benefits such as Pension contributions, medical insurance, opt into Cycle2Work, nominate Life Assurance beneficiaries and review their Total Reward Statement.
With staff employed throughout the UK and Ireland, we recognise that our employees are our greatest asset. We can all experience pressure from different parts of our lives from time to time, whether it is personal, work or financial related, by providing our team with the best support, everyone can reach their full potential.
In addition to the new wellbeing and rewards portal, we have been working hard this year to create a positive lasting change with our mental health initiatives. We have a number of mental health first aiders on site and have created a 12-month wellbeing events calendar for each site - removing the stigma that surrounds this topic and directing it towards healthier conversations.
